D-D AquaScape Construction Epoxy – Aquarium Rock & Coral Adhesive

D-D AquaScape Construction Epoxy is a two-part epoxy putty specially developed for marine, freshwater and underwater applications.

Its strong, sticky formulation makes it ideal for securing live rock, aquascaping structures, coral frags and aquarium decorations. It can also be used for various aquarium repairs and applications where a strong underwater adhesive is required.

🎨 Available Colours

Coralline Purple

• Designed to blend naturally into marine and reef aquariums
• Cures to a colour resembling coralline algae

Slate Grey

• Particularly suitable for freshwater aquariums, ponds and darker aquascaping
• Both colours can be used in either freshwater or marine systems.

💡 How to Use

1. Take equal amounts from each part of the epoxy.
2. Knead and roll together for approximately 5 minutes until the colours are completely uniform.
3. Continue mixing for approximately 1 additional minute.
4. Apply the mixed epoxy to the rock, coral, frag plug or surface.
5. Position firmly and allow it to set.

At normal temperatures of around 20–25°C, the epoxy becomes semi-hard in approximately 3–4 hours and reaches a full cure after approximately 24 hours.

⚠️ Important Aquarium Use Note

Avoid excessive manipulation of the epoxy while underwater. Overworking the putty can temporarily cloud aquarium water due to the release of non-toxic filler material. If significant clouding occurs, stop using the epoxy and increase aeration until the water clears.

Tip: When securing heavy rocks or corals, provide temporary support until the epoxy has sufficiently hardened.
