What are your shipping fees?
Local Courier - Delivery in 7-10 Business Days (Free) Minimum order of $150
Express Delivery - Delivery in 3 Business Days ($25)
International - prices to be quoted upon order
When will my order be shipped?
Monday through Friday
All orders placed before 2pm GMT+8 will ship out the following day.
Orders placed during the weekend will process on Monday.
How do I know that my order has been shipped?
When your order has been shipped, we will send you another e-mail with your tracking number and a link to where you can track it online.
How do I change or cancel an order?
If for any reason you would like to change and cancel your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. However, keep in mind our system is designed to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. As a result, we cannot cancel or change an order once it has entered the shipping process.

We accept Visa, Mastercard & American Express.
You may collect the item from our store once it is prepared and you will be notified, do note on the opening hours prior collection.

Should any item be out of stock at the point of order, we will notify you on the expected waiting time, offer an alternative, or a refund.
