What is SA membership?

Our membership is a loyalty rewards program that allows you to earn points, redeem exciting rewards and enjoy special perks. Signing up is free and membership is for a lifetime!

How do i earn points?

You can earn loyalty points by spending with us. Earn 1 shells for every S$1 spent online or in-stores.

Note: Points earned are based on your final purchase amount after subtracting any discounts applied. The purchase amount also excludes shipping fees.

 

Tank servicing & maintenance are not eligible for earning points.

Can i get points from tank servicing & maintenance?

No, customization of tanks servicing & maintenance are not eligible for points accumulation.

BUT, we do have other attractive perks should you be interested in building a tank with us. Chat us up to find out more

Will my points expire?

Points expire after 6 months from awarded date and cannot be reinstated.

Can I use my points during checkout?

You won’t be able to redeem your points directly at checkout, but you may redeem your loyalty points for gift cards to be used at checkout! Rewards are issued immediately upon redemption.

Can i share or refund my points?

Points cannot be redeemed for cash, refunded or transferred.

Referral Programme

Our referral programme let you get rewarded whenever a friend of yours join our membership with your special referral link and make their first successful purchase with a min. spending of S$10 in a transaction.

As a token of appreciation, you will also receive a S$5 Gift Card for each friend you successfully refer.

Gift card will expire in 30 days from date of issue

Exchange, Refund & Cancellation

RETURN

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Return request is on a case to case basis, subjected to approval. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To check in with us, you can contact us here. Please note that returns will be assessed by our staff and we reserve the rights to reject any return request. 

Return charges will be at 8% (incl GST) of the amount to be refunded. We only accept refund back to store credits.

We will notify you once we’ve inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded back to your store credit within 5 business days. 
If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.

EXCHANGES

We allow exchanges of dry goods to be made within 7 days of purchase provided item is unsealed and with receipt. We are sorry we are not able to do any exchange exceeding 7 days. Livestocks are strictly non-exchangeable!

You may exchange to any item:
Exchange to lower value item - No refunds or reimbursements will be made;
Exchange to higher value item - A top-up is required

Credit card payments is only available for orders above $100. 

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Courier delivery is available and complimentary for all orders over S$150 with delivery addresses in Singapore.

International Delivery

We ship our International packages via Standard Shipping and will take up to 10 working days. Kindly note that delays are likely to happen nearing public holidays and festive periods that take part in the destination country and/or Singapore.

Should there be any tax charges incurred, it will be borne by the customer.

Pre-Order

Please do check in with us through whatsapp/email for the availability of stock as we do not allow cancellation. We will place the order for you once confirmed and a 50% deposit is required.

Due to any unforeseen circumstances on our end that we are unable to deliver, we will refund 100% back to your mode of payment. 

However, if you have already made an order before checking in with us, only 70% refund will be allowed.

CANCELLATION & REFUND

We are sorry to inform that all confirm orders placed online are final and will not be allowed for cancellation. Do make sure to check your order before checking out to ensure there's no error in your order.

However, you may drop us a whatsapp and we will review cancellation on case to case basis (only for dry goods)

Livestocks are strictly non-refundable!

Cancellation charge will be at 8% (incl GST) of the amount to be refunded. We only accept refund back to store credits.

We reserve the rights to reject any cancellation request. 

Gift cards used are non-refundable strictly. 

 

EXCHANGES

We allow exchanges of dry goods to be made before we dispatched our goods out. Once goods is dispatched, we are sorry we are not able to do an exchange for you. Livestocks are strictly non-exchangeable!

Exchange to lower value item - No refunds or reimbursements will be made;
Exchange to higher value item - A top-up is required

Self-Collection

Self-collection of online orders is required to be collected within 7 days after an email/whatsapp notification has been sent to inform you that your order is ready for collection.

Kindly note that uncollected orders will not be available for collection and additional charges for delivery will be incurred. Should you require more grace period from us, please do whatsapp us and we will advice from there. In the event that the order is not collected after 1 month, the order will be forfeited and no refunds would be issued.
